Your pharmacist might be able to help with the tapering down and its side effects and what is causing the withdrawal symptoms. He might suggest you increase back to 7.5 until you see your doc... Good luck!

I like spicy foods so my go to is spicy sriracha sauce (1 carb per tsp). However sriracha mayo is great with burgers (1part sriracha to 3 parts mayo and mix in a little lime or lemon juice)
