  • Alcohol takes up 7cals per gram, while carbs and protein takes up 4cals per gram. Not to mention the sugar you get in alcohol.
  • Protein powder simply helps you supliment in order to reach your protein goal for the day. Use a whey isolate that is low in carbs instead.
