no treadmill or iphone.....just walking when i can till i can afford a gym membership

That was my first goal, to walk/treadmill, then work my way up. I am setting small goals, and once I meet them, set another goal. I would love to lift weights, but I have back problems, and it it just too much strain on my back, but I do want to try and see what I can accomplish after I loose a few pounds. Thank You!!!
