My why is similar to many others here. I want to be healthier, active, and free from aches, pain, and any diseases. I don't currently take medication for anything and do not want to start. I want to be healthier as I age and weight loss is a major factor to that. I need the help as I cannot gauge how much to eat or not. :-)
