Accept it and don't beat yourself up. It's no big deal! Drink lots of water. Start the day with a healthy, filling breakfast and continue to make better choices from there. Just go back to what was working for you! "Don't look back, you're not going that way!"

I have learned that there are so many other beautiful things in life besides food. Now,does that mean I don't struggle? Absolutely not. I gained back almost all of my 52 lb. loss from my first go 'round. Ya girl can eat. But we can do it! Make each meal mindful; eat to live, don't live to eat!

Start logging EXACTLY what you are eating (weigh your food if need be) and stick with it. Forever. If you still aren't losing after a couple months, see a doctor.

I usually order soup/salad, grilled chicken salad, or salmon if they have it! Plus whatever fruits and veggies they offer.

I do not eat back my exercise calories. I exercise to increase my deficit.

We can only do the best we can. I'm still losing weight with what I'm tracking, so it must be at least close. Very interesting video though!

A banana or apple and some nuts works well! This is usually what my husband does, since he doesn't like to wake up early to cook.

I started my journey at 246, and lost down to 194. I went on a vacation to visit my family in Florida and never recovered after that.. here I was again last month at 240. I totally get it! It sucks, but it isn't over until it's over!! If you did it once, you can do it again!!
