No scale until May 1st!
I don't know about you, but I get a little scale crazy sometimes. I don't want to focus on a number right now, I just want to work super hard and be motivated by how I feel! Anyone want to join me for a no-scale challenge until May 1st?

How do YOU keep avocados from going brown?
I never eat half an avocado in one setting- let alone a whole one. Once it's been cut up though, it browns in a couple hours even in a ziplock. What do you do to keep avocados for a couple days?

Any aerial silks peeps here?
I just tried out aerial silks for the first time during a workshop. It was so much fun! But very challenging. I'd really like to start training more and building strength and flexibility for it. Anyone here ever tried it!?

If my TDEE is 2,145....
Does this mean that I will lose on anything less than that? I've been aiming to eat 1500 calories per day. Appropriate?

Why am I not losing weight on 850 cals?!?!
It's so frustrating. I'm eating so little calories and not losing. This is the diet my friend told me about that helps you lose 40 lbs in a month, but it's been two weeks and I'm not losing anything yet. YEAH, APRIL FOOLS. I know you guys love these posts!! xoxo

Eating back your calories?
Is there a rule of thumb to this? I'm set to 1450 cals a day (which is higher than what MFP recommends) but sometimes I eat back some of my exercise cals. Is this hurting my progress?
