Hello there! I'm looking for some friends with open diaries, as well as some advice and support regarding protein!
To make a long story short, I'm doing an 8 week transformation competition and I need to be consuming more protein than I am to achieve the results I want/need. I eat meat and usually have snacks that include things like Greek yogurt, nuts and fruit. Help?

I'd be happy to buddy up. Protein is tough to get up. I'm lucky because I don't mind eating a bunch of lean meats. A great snack is to mix a scoop of chocolate whey protein into a serving of vanilla greek yogurt. Chocolate pudding with ~45g of protein. You can also mix in a few drops of vanilla extract too.
