One time, I went to try out the YMCA and see what all they had to offer. I have bad knees, so swimming is best for me, and I knew they had a pool so I went straight there. It was 30 mins. before closing time, and the lifeguard on duty was CLEARLY ready to go home. Every time I looked up, he was watching me, and he didn't…

I wish we had a Publix here. My family lives in FL and I've only ever been when visiting. LOVE THAT PLACE

Whole paycheck?

Oh, and Sam's club.+

We shop at Crest, Aldi, and Sprouts for the most part.
-
points? Do you mean calories? That's really the only way to lose; consume less than you burn.
-
feel free to add!! :D
-
I also go to college and I'm married. Feel free to add me for support!

A healthy choice microwave meal. I'm at work by myself all day, so these are perfect for me.
-
OP, it took me getting under 200 for most people to notice! Don't worry, you're doing great!
-
Lightly active. It's asking outside of exercise. I walk around campus a lot (with a heavy backpack) and am on my feet often at work, but I still have it down as sedentary.
-
If you have an Aldi near you, I will always recommend shopping there for healthy buys! SO cheap!
-
Anyway, OP, I like reverse crunches and leg lifts!
-
LOL. NO. Planks are very good, but the calorie burn is ridiculously off.
-
Holy crap! This was my starting weight the first go 'round, and I took over a year to lose 40. this is a great pace.
-
THANK YOU.
-
That's ridiculous. Are you allergic to them? If not, I say eat them. Just like with anything, don't go overboard.
-
I'm a little confused, but here is what I do: My daily calorie goal is 1500. If I exercise, I still eat 1500. UNLESS I burn a crazy amount and I'm really hungry, then I might eat some of those calories back. But if you are exercising to lose weight, I would not recommend eating back those calories. If you are exercising…

Also, a lot of people won't say anything for fear of being rude.

My grandma always seems to notice quickly, but she knows I've been working on it. The first time around, no one else really noticed until I was about 45 lbs down.
-
Oh! Also, I found a new activity that I really want to continue learning and practicing, but wouldn't ya know it requires me to be in better shape (because it is a workout in itself)! Also, being smaller will really help me as well. Therefore, I know I have to work hard to be able to do said activity! Try to find something…
-
Don't fret. I myself gained back around 45 of 52 lbs lost. But I'm back, and I'm already down about 15! We can do it! Feel free to add me for support. The key is consistency. Don't deprive yourself, or you're not going to stick to your goals. Other things that have helped me so far: -Always having a healthy snack around…

Thanks, guys!
-
thank you.
-
That's what I was wondering.
-
yep. Pills wont help, I promise.
