Today I am grateful that God has given my motivation to work out and eat healthier. I am also grateful for my wonderful husband who has been very supportive of me.

I agree with your friend, BUT! I think you should keep atleast a shirt and some pants for comparison purposes. It feels good to try those old things on and see how big they are. Donate the rest. If you don't plan on gaining the weight back, then don't keep the clothes. It will be a higher stake for you; a bigger reason to…

You've gotta bake them or warm them up.. much better that way.

This is wonderful, haha! Thanks for sharing. :)

Oh, those last two things are always on mine too, haha! Fantastic list!

Right on.

Honestly, I would have just let the haters hate and kept to myself on this one. You opened the door for more criticism, naturally. If it's working right now and you feel good, keep it up. Good luck, sincerely!!

Ketchup. If I can only pick one. Otherwise, salt, sriracha and yellow mustard make the list too.

Hi! My name is Quinn and my ultimate weight loss goal is about 70 lbs away for a total loss of 100. I was 52 lbs down at one point last year, but the holidays derailed me and I never seriously got back on... until now! :) I would like to lose a little more than 20 by Christmas, but this group will help either way. Good…

I just love "festive" goodies. Pretty colors and interesting flavors, etc. Little christmas tree cookies will get me every time. LOL

Yes it is, only to friends.

Don't cut out carbs.. they aren't "the enemy". You need them for energy!!

I usually try not to eat back exercise calories, I guess sometimes I just have days where I am hungrier, so I do. This all makes sense though, thanks.

-
Wow, that's great!

I woke up and got dressed for school without feeling bloated/like I was busting out my clothes. My jeans fit nicely and I felt lean!

I started my fitness journey by braving a zumba class alone. It was an amazing first step that I will never forget. I go to all sorts of classes now. I truly believe that the best exercise is the one you will do and enjoy. If you hate running, don't run. If you love zumba, zumba!! You will burn crazy calories and it's…
