I have a massive cheat day once every two weeks or so. It actually seems to help more than anything.. I get rid of cravings and I usually don't gain anything from it. She was saying it was a lot less calories than caving into the burger. I'm not saying chili is "healthy", but the chili and salad for 200 calories or whatever is an obvious better choice than the burger and fries with all the works at Five Guys, which probably would've been over a days worth of calories and fat for sure.…

You will find that if you ever ask questions regarding cleanses, fast weight loss, or anything like that, everyone will be extremely rude. I'm sorry people on here are like that. My honest answer is that it is nasty tasting and doesn't really work. :(

I exercise about 20-30 minutes a day, 5 or so days a week. And not that I'm aware of. :(

I could be wrong, but I believe its healthier because of its lower fat and higher protein content.

I eat them occasionally! They are high in sodium, but if you only have one for dinner a couple nights a week, then it shouldn't be a problem!

My rule of thumb is that is I can feel it working me out (breathing hard, sore, etc.) Then I will count it!

The point is she feels like she should be losing more and she wants advice. I would chalk it up to water weight; my guess is that the next time you weigh you will have a greater loss! How much have you lost so far? As others have said

I was also eating more calories and not exercising very much.. that's why I'm wondering how to speed it up a bit. I'm sorry everyone feels the need to be so rude. Still a new thing to me!

30 lbs won't get me to my goal weight, its just a mini goal for now. I am fine with 2 lbs a week if that makes everyone feel better, lol. But I want to be able to enjoy my fall clothes shopping and be proud around Christmas. That's all

Okay, maybe I should restate some thing. I've been losing weight for only a couple months, I started in April. I am 218 lbs currently, and a size 20. (If that helps) I eat 1200-1300 cals a day, as recommended by my dietian and MFP. I am under doctor supervision. I don't expect to consistently be losing 3 lbs a week. I know…
