Ya, I just log things that are very similar and use it as an estimate.

If you have a Wii, I got the Biggest Loser game and do it while my baby naps. I also have the just dance 2, but that one is more fun with 2 people. Or you could try some workout video's. Like 30 day shred :)

Ya i only do once a week, i use to do it every morning but my weight changes a couple lbs each day, dep on water etc. So i just like to see it once a week!

Its the maximum amount of Oxygen ur body actually takes in and uses. 15(Heart Rate max/ Heart Rate Rest). Personally i wouldnt bother with it.

multiply the # 0f caloris they give u by the # of servings and that will give u the total for the bag. Calories dnt change if the popcorn is popped just the size of the popcorn.

I know this sounds wrong because i remember learning it in class and thinking that it cant be true, but, If u run 5 miles and walk 5 miles it is the same amount of calories because walking will take u more time thus burning more calories to add up to the same as running for a shorter time. I do the biggest looser every day and really like it. I have the wii Fit and NEVER use it. I find it takes too much time inbetween each activity that u do. So i dtn feel like i am doing anytihing worthwile. ...........sometimes redbox has wii games u can rent.

No nutritionist, but I went to weight watchers a long time ago for about 3 days. I felt like they teach you good habbits.

Your calories are set to 1200? Are you trying to loose a lot of weight quickly because i tried that at first and i changed mine to loose 1lb a week and it has been way more realistic and manageable.
