maybe u had more energy from drinking and u were doing bigger movements etc?

Are you lifting weights for your legs? I find that if i do leg exercises with the gym machines my legs get much larger (becasue of muscle). IF so try doing lighter weights or just skip it and add more exercises on to ur upper body.

I had the surgery, it is not fun at all, and crutches oh so bad.... But I never have any problems with my knee at all its been over 4 years, and i am very happy i had it done.

Frozen shrimp in the freezer ( I get a big bag at costco)! You can put it in most things for your protein, soups, taco's, on top of rice, etc. Its nice to have for a quick meal.

Hi Im a SAHM of 1 7 month old baby boy. Things are great, just trying to get the last of my preg. weight off. Have been slacking this past week and am not looking forward to my weigh in day (Wed.) better do some extra exercise today because we have a mini beach vacation April 22 23 24, its comming fast!!!!
