Sounds like a good challenge. My schedule is 5 days a week at the gym and one day at home I do other stuff. I'm up to 5 glasses of water a day (I've detested water since I was a little girl and am trying to relearn how to love it).0

I wanna join!! I just started today! I am not doing too good so I need some accountability. By lunch I was only supposed to eat 80 more calories for the day. I think I went over by 500 calories.

To the newcomers- our challenge this week is to workou at least 30 minutes at day for at least 5 days. Also, try to get you 8 glasses of water per day and try to continue this for the rest of the challenge.
