Hi all my name is Christine and I am starting a group to try to get us through to the New Year. Every Sunday will be a weigh in date and I will be posting exercise challenges for each week. They will start out easy and then get progressively difficult as the weeks go on. All you need to do to join is to introduce yourself, starting weight and goal weight by the end of the 8 week challenge. I will be posting a chart of percentage weight loss every week to help track everyones progress.
There is also a group created of the same name. This is like a blog. Just click grou under the Community tab and search for it there.
**Reminder- The page will stop when it gets to a certain amount of posts. If it gets to that point, I will be sure to post the link on this first post for you to find the next page of the group.

Hello! I'm Dianna most call me Dia. Mom of five and I'm a Music Photojournalist and live in Charlotte, NC but am a Jersey girl at heart. I'm originally from Cape May, NJ and I miss the beach like no other. I've hit a plateau a few months ago and just fell off. I was on said plateau for several months and also had an injury I decided I was not going to let this happen and again and again. I've managed to get back on track and start to change the way I think about health and food, and just life itself. I stil have 113 pounds to lose for this challenge I will say I want to lose 30.

Ending weight/goal: 218
If I do not reach that goal I will not fall down, or quit, I will go harder... but I'm going to try my damndest to do it!0 -

I just joined. I need some accountability over the holiday season. I love those Christmas cookies a little too much! I've slowly been losing weight over the past few years but I've hit a plateau and have even gained some weight over the past month.Time to get back into the game!
