I binged this morning! I had three jumbo raisin bran muffins and a small one. I think my problem is that I sometimes get into biking for 100 minutes and longer; sometimes I burn over a 1000 calories and feel super hungry afterwards.

Try mixing up your resistance training. I started doing Physique 57 workouts at home and have noticed my legs feel tighter. If you're going to use use weights to lift I suggest using 10 lbs weights and doing moves like the single-leg deadlift and side lunges.

Sometimes. Lately I've been doing the Physique 57 full body circuit in the morning and biking for 60-90 minutes at night. I also occasionally combine a hour of yoga or pilates with biking.
