I missed on Saturday so I'm running a day behind, tomrrow is supposed to be the rest day but I'm going to do my 140 then be back on track. I'm really enjoying this challenge, I'm doing my squats during coffee breaks at work, during my lunch break, whenever I have some spare time, its working awesome! I have been doing sets now that I'm past 100 squats just to break them up. I think it s working nice.0
