    Sorry I didn't do Day 6 today. My whole family along with myself have the stomach flu. I'm lucky to be awake right now. Will make it up as soon as I can move.

    I did do my weight and measurement this morning and I am down 14 pounds in 5 weeks and 2 days. I am also down 13 overall inches in 2 1/2 weeks.

    I can't even lower myself to the toilet, and I have to fall into my recliner... OUCH!! I'm so glad that tomorrow is a rest day!! I admit, the idea of 250 squats is pretty darn intimidating to me right now!!
