I've upped my exercise a little and water intake today, if nothing in the morning then I will try switching my wholemeal bread back to my normal (fattier) brand. this is one of the main things I have cut out including butter. Thanks already guys, I will take onboard some of your suggestions .... my water intake is probably not as it should be at this time of year as I tend to drink more hot drinks when its cold.
