  • Brown rice is a complex carb so it takes longer to digest (and stays with you longer). White rice doesn't have any fiber.
  • I'm trying to avoid sugar. Haven't had any in weeks and I feel better, don't crave sweets anymore, and everything else tastes better. My favorite healthy snack is eating plain Greek yogurt with orange wedges. Easy to grab at a grocery store and eat on the run if I'm away from my frig. It's a long time before I get hungry…
