    Banh mi! The place I go uses minimal mayo and it comes to about 300 calories and feels like a total indulgence!

    Eggs. I love them, especially omelettes or hard boiled. I eat 1-2 dozen a week. Om nom nom.

    I have 4 foods that I eat every day. Old-fashioned (not instant) oatmeal that I cook with unsweetened almond milk, Babybel light cheese, and 100 calorie bags of popcorn.

    Konjac root noodles. Sorry but I can have my noodles all day & still be so far in calories it's not funny. 2 servings (fill you up kind) and it's only 11cals. I have pasta, stirfry.... hell I can have mac & cheese made from it & eat that about 10 times a day

    Can't live without my oatmeal. I have it for breakfast EVERY morning. I did however discover that it gives me horrible gas :blushing: my poor husband needs respirator to be near me :bigsmile:

    breakfast protein shake:
    1c. pure almond milk
    1/2 c. frozen cherries
    1 packet starbucks instant coffee (I use italian roast)
    1 scoop raw vanilla protein powder (garden of life)
    1 scoop raw organic green super food (garden of life - flavor, COCOA!!!)

    Blend all. Very addicting, energizing, delicious! I have this every a.m. It's kept me on track!

    Right now it's humus, but Sushi is my big favorite. Always a treat for me and pretty healthy I think. I usually get Shrimp, avacado & cucumber or albacore and I like it on seaweed.

  • I'm trying to avoid sugar. Haven't had any in weeks and I feel better, don't crave sweets anymore, and everything else tastes better. My favorite healthy snack is eating plain Greek yogurt with orange wedges. Easy to grab at a grocery store and eat on the run if I'm away from my frig. It's a long time before I get hungry again.
