Kodiak Cakes whole wheat, oats and honey pancake with 1 tablespoon of crystallized ginger spread and a pat of butter. My all-time favorite breakfast.

Homemade smoothies. Frozen fruit either raspberries or blueberries, nonfat yogurt and some juice.

I'm addicted. Great substitute for a milkshake and the fruit has been great for my skin!

This. Although I use almond milk and sometimes protein powder in the place of the yogurt and juice.

Speaking of which, I just ran out of frozen fruit this morning

Greek yogurt. I had no idea it would be like eating a yummy dessert!

But couldn't live without? Probably simple milk - 'cause I need it in my latte

Strir fry! I eat it several times a week - with different kinds of veggies, sometimes with chicken, and make my own sauce. Its always so flavorful and good!

Oat bran. It's breakfast almost every day.

Edit: And low sodium spicy V8 and carrot chips. I have those every day too!
