  • Ugh . . . me as well . . . gained 4 lbs in a 3 night/2 day vacation. I drank alot -- winetasting in the day and watching the Giants at a sports bar at the end of the day).   • stick to weighing yourself once a week and drink LOTS of water -- not to mention you should eat something after your weigh in. I find that if I don't drink enough water 6-8 glasses a day -- I do gain a couple of pounds.

  • I hear you . .. I did great the first two weeks and now this last week I've gained almost two pounds. I've been sick and although hydrating myself still feel dehydrated and have had no appetite, consequently not meeting my calorie intake. Thanks for the tips from your readers. :)
