Good grief! That must be one amazing boeuf bourguignion! Could you substitute some of the ingredients for lower cal options? try putting it into a recipe calorie counter and see what you could tweak before you shelve the idea - you never know!

Well done on your 2lbs loss Beccy! That's fab! Will you be using that weight on monday? I had a wine tasting thing with my mum this afternoon and had no idea how to log it as it's less than a mouthful of each different wine so I just put it down as a small glass of rose! Will make sure not to go over today just to be on…

I have done classes in the past but then the instructor left the company and there aren't any near me any more - but I loved it and that's why i'm wanting to get either the game or the dvds... It's looking like people are leaning towards the wii game then?

I'm with you on that one Hanna... And as everyone's journey is personal it may be an idea for everyone to chose their own walking goal.... Then everyone will get the best out of it... Like the idea for the new thread... Like you say - clean slate... I LOVE Criminal Minds! Used to watch it religiously every night! I have to…

Your English is brilliant Hanna! ok - will walking on a treadmill count as walking (if you see what I mean?!) or does it have to be outside? Apparently 10000 steps is roughly 5 miles and the average person can walk a mile in about 20-30 mins... So to walk 5 miles a day would take around 2.5 hours... Not sure I can squeeze…

I've just found out that 10 000 steps equates to 5 MILES!!! Not sure I could walk that in one day and certainly not every day! Hope everyone's seen the top 8 lists on the previous page!

Crazy isn't it! We'll be halfway through the year! I think if you carry on the way you're going Rach you'll definitely have lost enough to be down a dress size or 2! Hanna - It's usually 3500 in 1 week... But we'll leave that until we're into our new challenge I think... Have we all decided that it'll start on Monday the 28th March and finish on 20th June? That gives us a 12 week challenge (and takes me to the week before I go on holiday) and in that time do we want to try biggest %…

How much egg white do you use? I can't see it in the ingredients list yet she mentions it in the recipe... Or am I just being thick?! :ohwell:
-
Woo hoo Hanna! That's fantastic! Well done! Hadn't thought about a new thread - guess we can do to make it easier to find stuff? What does everyone else think? We'll start the next challenge from Monday I think so everyone has between now and then to lose whatever and we'll use Monday's weigh in as our start weights...…

Well I've weighed this morning.... Final weigh in is 275.6lbs! Woop woop! Some great ideas about mini challenges for the next goal challenge... I have a pedometer app on my iphone so a walking challenge is a good one if everyone else has access to a pedometer... Drinking water is a good one too... We'll def do another 3500…
