I lost 4.8lbs this week... am now a UK size 22 in jeans... Am walking to places a lot more (and I live on a hill - ick)... I'm finding the activities on EA sports 2 easier than I did when I started it.... I'm drinking more water...

I've got EA Sports Active 2 on the Wii and it proper kicks my butt!!! I like the fact I can add some cardio step onto the end if i'm not dead at the end of my work out!!!

I did a sneaky weigh in this morning (in my pyjamas so will be a little over what i am in the birthday suit) and i'm 275.8!!! AND an NSV of being in a size UK22 trousers! Woop! Looks like upping my cal intake has paid off and I don't feel hungry! Hope to see a bit more of a loss by Wednesday! Happy Saturday peeps!

I'm with ya there too! I'm a 38H! I'm not sure if you're UK or elsewhere based but I found mine at simplyyours.co.uk.. Mine is a Freya sports bra but have noticed a bit more bounce in it recently so I think I may have dropped a size! May try 2 on at the same time like someone suggested!! And then invest in a new bra!

I've had a look at your diary and it seems to me that you're not eating enough... your net cals are under 1200 often so your body might be in survival mode - storing fat instead of buring it as it doesn't know when it's next meal is coming... I'm doing a little experiment this week... I've changed my settings to what mfp suggests so I'm going to be eating 1520 cals a day... Will see if it makes any difference to the constant state of hunger I often find myself in... If it doesn't work I'll play around again!

Thanks for all your replies! I've just set my calorie intake to what mfp suggests and I'm going to see what happens for the next week and then rethink if it all goes wrong! Trial and error as they say! Will also up my fibre intake too...
