Sorry - when I say I'm under 1200 I mean 1200 net... I drink around 1.5-2 litres of water a day... My recommended calorie intake that mfp suggests is 1520 a day to lose a projected 2lbs a week... Should i try this as mfp suggests?

I've got it! It's good! MUCH harder than the first one but it does a good warm up/cool down section and works some on your core too... You can start groups on there too...

I totally agree! I can understand if they want to stay anonymous but a few basic facts about yourself doesn't have to be intrusive and put up a pic of your dog or something!!

I have a wii biggest looser game (yellow cover?) and I LOVE it! I've only been using it for a week or so in between my EA 2 and gym sessions and even on a light workout it makes me sweat (but then my fitness levels are pretty low!!) You can start a programme or chose your own plan depending on what you want to work...…
