another success thing for me is I've gone from having 2 sugars in tea to having 1 sweetener to now having nothing but milk! Weighed myself this morning - I'm a happy lady! Down to 262.6lbs! Definitely thinking that most of the gain was TOM now.... Feeling in a much better place than I was yesterday - no more heart palpitations and dizziness... Boxercise this morning... Woop! Hope you all have a fab friday! (Where IS everyone?!)
