You have 3 arms? lol I'm saving to buy a pair of quads at the moment - don't fancy rollerblades for some reason! I've never done either before and have always wanted to learn! Think I'll be strapping cushions to myself for the first few times!! Good luck! x

You'd have to work like a madwoman but I guess it could be done... It's roughly 15 weeks until the end of May so at a healthy loss of 2lb a week you'd get about 30lbs off, guess you'd only have to ace a couple of weeks with 3 or 4lbs and you've done it! It's a hard goal but attainable I'd say....

I always use the HRM figures... Don't know if that's the right thing to do but as it's all figured out from my own heart rate, height and weight I thought it was more accurate...

daily challenge is fine by me! I'm currently doing a challenge of burning 3500 cals in a week - so far done 1302 in 2 days! Eating is hard work though - when i'[ve burnt so many calories I'm really not hungry enough to eat them back without resorting to eating ice cream!
