Don't you think a split routine like that is better suited for intermediate lifters? Beginners would be better served doing an AxBxA BxAxB full body workout, no?

Make sure your diet is in tune with meeting your goals. That's the most important factor in shedding unwanted pounds/fat. Well I've only got a handful of friends on here, so the sample size is small, but I've seen a 50 day streak. I personally missed my 50 day mark by 2 days because I went on a cruise.

I've been reading and rereading WoT since 2003. I can't bring myself to read the final 3 books. It is, hands down, my favorite series of all time. I've been trying to get myself to read the last few that the other guy wrote, but I'm scared. I don't want the story to end :frown: :cry:

UGH! Why don't they list these on the labels? I haven't ever abused "free" foods because I felt like calories or no, it was going into my body so it was having an effect on it. I always come in well under my goal, even sometimes on cheat days, but I feel like I've really been doing myself a disservice by not logging them.…
