Your body doesn't create fat cells. You are born with a certain number of fat cells. They just get bigger when you gain weight, and smaller when you lose weight.

Hi, Mfp does work. If it's not working your daily goal is too high or you aren't logging everything correctly. Also give it some time: weight loss goes slowly. I'm using runkeeper to calculate my exercise calories. You also don't have to eat all your exercise calories back. But it's motivating being able to eat something…

That's also what I do ;) But you can also remove the meat before eating.

I also have a normal flat treadmill. I do lose weight using it together with a daily calorie deficit. You won't lose weight if you use it and consume to many calories daily. The more you use it, the more calories you will need daily and the more chances that you're creating a calorie deficit.

Don't eat less than 1000 calories! I even think you shouldn't eat less than 1200 cal/day. You won't get enough nutrition and your body will go in starvation, slow down its metabolism, break down muscles to maintain protein level. You can replace sugar with a sugar substitute. Which already can mean a big difference. But for the rest I don't know. Cake will always contain calories, but that doesn't mean you can eat it.

Welcome! It sure isn't easy to lose all the weight you want. It's easy for them to say it. But at the end it's important that you're happy with your weight. I'm sure you can reach your goal here in MFP ;)

Fruits :) I always have calories left for in the evening. It doesn't contain so many calories (80-150) and it gives you a full feeling.

The biggest part is water in the beginning. But you don't only lose water in the beginning. Unless your body can burn water ;) If you only lose water it means you're eating enough calories to keep your weight level and consuming less sodium. But if you do that, your weight loss with stop when your sodium levels are steady…
