Been using it for some weeks now, nice site. Does your account sync info to MFP, mine never does. I have to enter workouts and calories manually in MFP. http://www.runtastic.com/en/users/tor-arne-pettersen

Maybe this is a totally stupid question. But bare with me. I`m new to all this. Does this mean that if i eat few calories during the weekdays, Can I then have binge day (Saturday) where i can eat some more calories as long as my week is under as a total? Even if I go over my limit on the binge day?
