I just had a baby on the 24th of September. My little girl will be 4 months in a couple of weeks. I would like to lose more weight now that all the baby weight is gone. Are any of you exclusively breastfeeding, and how do you incorporate that into your diet?

At my recent check-up she said no more then 15lbs. I'm trying to stay active and eat healthy so I hope I can stay within that range.

For the last couple of weeks I have been replacing my dinners with a green juice. I did a juice fast for one day and loved it. I just can't do that all the time so I think dinner should be light and juicing does the trick. Hope that helps.

I would suggest adding edemame to your meals at least once a day. 1 cup of that has 17 g of protein and it also has good fats. Hope that helps. I buy the frozen kind and just steam them.

Green Drink 3 cups mixed greens (we use equal amounts of kale, romaine lettuce, and spinach) 1 stalk celery ½ green apple ½ banana 1 scoop protein powder ¾ cup almond milk 1 cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Serves 1

I've had the same problem. Its good to know that the scale isn't always the only thing to look at. NSV means Non-Scale Victory.

Give your body some time to adjust to the workouts and try adding some weight lifting. If the scale isnt moving, try mesuring yourself. I tend to lose inches and not pounds.

Try doing a Barre class, or even a video on you tube. There is a move called the pretzel you can also try doing that dancers do, and it burns the bun area. Good Luck.

Have you looked into the making home affordable refinance program that a lot of banks are offering, it helps lower the mortgage amount and maybe then she can afford the payment.
