I never did, but I really needed the extra calories yesterday. With the cleaning time i spent cleaning, I hadn't got the time to go to the gym. I cleaned for about 4 hours and logged three. I counted it as ight. I would have just sat infront of the tv otherwise, so I don't see it as really cheating to be honest. I was…

I changed my desired weekly weight loss to 1lb a week and it increased my calories (im 5'5'' and about 15/18lbs to go). I have lost more than 1lb a week, so i'm happy with the progress. I often find that i'm stuffed at 1200 cals a day - I think its years of 'dieting'!! I add high protein foods and good fats (peanut…

Cogratulations - I'm nearly there myself.... well done

I was very like you before I started. I drank NO water what-so-ever. I didn't drink tea, juice, coffee - anything. The only thing I drank was diet 7-up (sprite) and maybe half a bottle a day so I totally understand where you're coming from. I now keep a 500 ml bottle on my desk in work and try to get it filled at least…

Only problem - next week will be really tough trying to maintain the false loss while still loosing more weight ;)

Congrats on being first - great motivation!! I know when I drink, I tend to be a good 2 lbs lower then what I actually am the following morning. This is due to dehydration. I am then about 2 lbs higher then I actually am the following day due to water retention after the alcohol. It takes a couple of days for me to average…

I was also a pro points lover. To be fair to the plan, I lost in excess of 28lbs. I found it brilliant for over a year. Then I went off track for about 6 months and put on a bit. I went back, but couldn't loose anything at all. I came on here and have lost 5.5lbs in the last few weeks. I am so much more aware of what I am…

What a difference a few weeks makes - wow! :flowerforyou:

Thanks guys. Im aiming for TDEE - 20%. Im usually slightly under each day except 1 at the weekend (WINE!!!) so it evens itself out over the week. Im alo eating most of my exercise calories back, but due to study at the moment, I ain't doing much on that front. If I want something to eat and I don't have the calories, I…

Are you eating back you exercise calories? 1200 would be the lower end of the calories you need to functon. If you are doing intense exercise, you need a higher amount (in my opinion). What height are you? Might be helpful to open your diary so people can have a look for you. Regarding the weigh-in, I would avoid the scale…
