For me, i ate so much more healthily when pregnant that i naturally lost weight. I was over weight to begin with but only gained 7lbs throughout pregnancy . I cut out alcohol *obviously* and take-away foods and tried to cook good food from scratch. I was also eating at more regular times and not bingeing. It also helped…

I always find I'm starving when I eat a sandwich for lunch, it just feels so small for me (all in the head I know!). Today and y/day, I made a soup which was lovely and REALLY filling. I've never had them, even at 98lbs (years and years ago!!) - I think they're super cute tho. My friend has them and HATES them with a passion. Each to their own :)
