I'm doing Tim Ferriss's 4 hour body, which has generally the same rules, except encourages legumes for fuel. I only eat them about once a day though, so if you'd like we can kinda do it together!

I worked out at home, at night, by myself because I was so worried about that. I went with my fiance for the first time and I loved it. I use Body Fortress Chocolate for the same reason! I've mixed it with water and it was extremely sweet, but not too bad. I like to mix it with just black coffee though because it gives me a little bit of a caffeine kick and makes it warm since its freezing out. Plus doesn't add too many calories. Kinda tastes like hot…
