  • i dont log my everyday normal cleaning however i have a 4BR 3 bath house and it's a big chore to clean(major) from one end to the other. Do you think this is a "cheap" way to earn cal burnred and count as exercise?

  • Im opposite i eat breakfast like a pauper, lunch like a prince and dinner like a king w/ like 100cal snacks in between. I dont see how people have time to eat 5-6 sm meals a day and work, but maybe it's just that im a nurse.

  • i typically dont wait to eat and dont like "ok what can i eat to meet or close as possible to my cal intake" as im diggin in the pantry either. Is there like a certain number of cal you can leave that's still exceptable and your body wont think its being starved?
  • alot of us are, everyday its a choice we have to make to stay dedicated and eat and exercise the right way, the way we know we should; I tell myself I can do this, Im worth it and my family are worth it too.
