I just finished R in 30...its way more intense and adv moves/poses than 30DS.....JM literally kick's your *kitten* like Ive never seen and I have all her DVDs minus the kettle bell 30DS. I sweated like crazy but actually looked fwd to her kicking my *kitten* every day :)

I have 3 friends that love doing the eliptical; i personally call that thing the Devil, they are like you and Im like screaming after about 20min on that dang thang LOL I prefer running and all 3 of them are like "I dont see how you run like that". I wished I enjoyed the "devil" as much as I do running on the TM.
