Im not sure if my settings are correct. I currently have it set for activity - lightly active workout 5d/wk min 30min and to lose 2lbs a week. 900+ cal left and not hungry
here it is almost 9pm and i have 900+ cal left for the day after exercising and im not even hungry only tired after fixing hubs and kiddo dinner and baths. Nothing sounds good and i keep lookin in the pantry, fridge and freezer over and over and over just the same stuff....hate this :(

First 5k Run finished!!
I did my first 5k run saturday my time was 37.35, 16th in my division and 143 overall....my goal was to finish under 40min :) Not to terrible considering Ive been training on the TM. Overall Im pleased with my first 5k.

House cleaing and calories burned
ok ladies we all clean everyday, however I have one day a week for major cleaning(bathrooms, laundry, sweep, mop, dusting, etc) you all know where you start at one end and clean to the other end of the house. Can I log my time under cleaning vigorous? How do you log your house cleaning?
