    9-1-2009 Mission one I deployed myself into dieting and lose the wt i gained while i was pregnant in 2005 which was aprx 30lbs, 6m later mission 1 was complete...YAY ME :) I did awesome maintaing my wt until this past thanksgiving Im actually 5lbs(well to date 3lbs) over my max goal wt range and maybe have only exercised twice since a lil before thanksgiving (oh im so ashamed to write that, boo me). So now of course my goal is to get back into my goal wt range plus lose 20-25lbs more than mission 1 goal wt.
