MFP settings?

Im not sure if my settings are correct. I currently have it set for activity - lightly active workout 5d/wk min 30min and to lose 2lbs a week. After plugging all that in with the other stuff it has me set to lose 0.8lbs a week. Im a nurse in an OB/GYN clinic and work typically from 8-5 w/ 30min - 1hr lunch if Im lucky. Somedays are slower than other's and do more desk work sitting. should I change my setting's or keep them as is?
