Alright Group we are doing great so far this month. We have several of us who have lost 1 pound or greater and several people who have hit under the next 10 pounds. (What I mean by that is if they weighed 151 now they are 149 or if they weight 240 they now wight 239 ect.) I am proud of all of you.0

0.6lbs WTH I doubled my exercising this week maybe ive lost more inches this week than lbs, or IDK maybe my diet got me, :grumble:......:ohwell: just gotta keep moving and try harder next week0

DON'T FORGET i NEED YOUR WEIGHTS RATHER YOU HAVE LOST ANYTHING OR NOT. THIS WAY I WILL KNOW YOU HAVE NOT DROPPED OUT OF THE CHALLENGE.
The reason this is important is because I keep a total of how much we loose as the challenge goes on. Any blanks in the databases goofs up these totals. Plus if you don't weigh in 2 weeks in a row (without letting me know ahead of time) I will end up deleting you from the database.
No new ones will be accepted past Sunday for this months challenge. Any body else will have to wait until August challenge to join.0 -
