    I know the first week of july is just about over, but I would like to do this too!
    I know my number sounds low, but I'm only 4'11.5"

    Okay, I hate to be that 'guy' that asks all the questions - but when do I need to submit my next weight? I posted my original weight as of 07/01 .. do I need to post my next weight prior to Sunday 07/10?

    Okay everyone this is the deal. I think it is great you created a new group for support but that was not needed. We dont only post our weights here but we also are here to provide support for each other. We are all on this journey together. No matter who little or how great the amount of weight we have to loose. We are not hear to judge each other. We are here only to support each other. I know that the group says 10 lbs a month. To be quite honest that if you loose 4 pounds a month then you are doing great. I look at it if you are not gaining you are doing great. The slower you loose the weight the more likely you are to keep it off. Everyone has access to my profile to send me a message any time. I accept all and any friendship request. I answer all emails that are sent to me. If that is not enough then I can give you my personal email or my phone number to txt me.

    Okay everyone this is just to let you know I will not be contacting everyone individual to remind them to post their weights. We have a total of 159 members now. Way to many for me to send out reminders like I did last month.. I still need starting weights for several people.

    This is late, I forgot to come back to this topic , but will post again on Friday. I started Ripped in 30 last week so hopefully I will see some results this month. My goal is to see 155 but 152 by July 29 would be awesome!!!!!

    I really am hoping this will give me the motivation to really get moving. I just got back into this after about a month off and to lose 10 pounds this month would be awesome!
