    SW - 238 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 1)
    Week 1 - xxx lbs (FRIDAY JULY 8)
    Week 2 - xxx lbs (FRIDAY JULY 15)

    Ok its the first so here goes -- somehow I am down 2.4 pounds since Tuesday..... so this might be a really tough challenge since I assume I just happen to be fluctuating super low right now.... OH WELL!

    SW - 190 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 1)
    Week 1 - 188 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 8)
    Week 2 - 186 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 15)
    Week 3 - 184 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 22)
    Week 4 - 182 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 29)
    Total lost - 181 lbs (MONDAY AUGUST 1)

    (Oh ok its only 9 lbs, but hopefully i'll squeeze one extra in there...somewhere. If I lose 5 lbs this month i'll be happy as heck so...)
