MEN and WOMEN: Lose 10lbs in July 2011 Challenge

Well I stayed the same this week, but one thing I have learned from working out at curves is that its all about the inches! I have lost 7.5inches this week. I am pretty excited about it. Hopefully the pounds come off double time for me next week.
Ok so sometimes I have special moments and I thought that yesterday was Friday!! So I re did my weigh in and lost 1 lbs!! Very excited!!! So here is the real check in!

Good Morning, I am new so following the guidelines, I weigh-in and gained a pound since my last weigh-in. On the positive side, I lost inches in my chest and hips, so the workouts are working. I will re-evaluate my food intake and see what I need to change for this upcoming week.

I also changed my SW... I found out that the batteries on my scale were going kaput so my weights around that time were off, makes sense now. So I gained 2, lost one... I'm slowly but surely on my way! haha0

Oh pants :sad:
Was doing so well until Monday (was still at 139 lbs then) when I started snacking and don't seem to have stopped since. Had a great workout yesterday but even that didn't help. Must try harder...
Although I did a full set of measurements on Monday and was dissapointed to find that even though I had lost a couple of pound since I had last measured I had actually gained 3/4 inch on my hips. Maybe thats why I started snacking...
I don't snack so much at weekends as too busy running round after my toddler so heres hoping I can start losing again.0
