Thanks everyone. I guess what I am unclear on is should I eat as much as myfitnesspal daily goal or 500 less than the daily goal it gives me?

If I workout after work I don't get hungry at all. But if I don't workout and just go home, I am ravenous. So, me too! But don't know why!

Bodymedia also suggests I eat 1200 based on my goals and stats, however I had a huge (over 500) calorie deficit yesterday. Bodymedia suggests i maintaina 500 calorie deficit to lose 1 pound a week. Yesterday was my first full day wearing the device. Will it start to read me and adjust my daily calorie goal on its own? Or…

I'm in week 2 and can already feel improvements! Its so tough and I thought I was in shape! The push ups kill me very time. My goal is to do more push ups. I currently do about half of what the video does right now. Personal goal is to keep up with the DVD by the 2nd month!
