I have the vivofit with the heart rate monitor. Sometime so my workouts sync to garmin connect and sometimes they don't even show up on garmin connect. Can anyone help me with this?

I have my body media synced with myfitnesspal. As the day goes on my daily calorie goal on my diary in myfitnesspal gets higher. Should I try to eat that amount? Bodymedia eating calories question
So yesterday with my BMR and my workout, I had a 1371 calorie deficit. Am I supposed to eat all the calories? I am a bit confused. Bodymedia Link question
I have installed the app and bluetooth recognizes my device. However the date is not uploading to manager. The troubleshooting says, "upload your iOS BodyMedia FIT data, you can select the arrow button on the upper right side of the app" However the arrow on the app (on my droid and my ipad) says "unavailable" Please help!
