Bodymedia Link question

I have installed the app and bluetooth recognizes my device. However the date is not uploading to manager. The troubleshooting says, "upload your iOS BodyMedia FIT data, you can select the arrow button on the upper right side of the app" However the arrow on the app (on my droid and my ipad) says "unavailable"
Please help!
