lot of hummus posts the last few weeks. Use the search tool...............................

You should never cook in plastic.
-
Actually the organic ones from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are lower in sugar and tasty. And filling.

Muesli Fusion Pure. Can be served hot or cold. I cook it in the microwave. Low fat. 100% whole grain. I like the berry one. Provides protein too.

I'm not sure what harassment papers are...but I would say to document, document, document because this is the type of person to try to bring you down in HR. I work in an employee-at-will state and when it's employer Vs employee the employee typically loses.

Sometimes I feel teased when someone is drinking a Big Gulp and they flick soda at me through their straw. Flickflickflick

Yes I log before I eat. Helps keep me honest. I also log workouts before I go.

WTF is with all of the hummus posts today?

on sandwiches. :)

If I HAD not eaten back my workout calories I would have only been fueling my healthy body with around 760-800 calories per day. Think of it that way and justify eating them back. If you don't eat them back how are you eating enough to fuel the machine?
-
I lost 20 lbs on MFP in 2011. I lost .5 per week. I always ate back my exercise calories. On average I ate around 1700 per day, workout around 400-500/day and ended up after workout right at around 1200-1400.

SHE. I'm a girl.
-
I would buy it on Amazon.
-
you are still sedentary because you don't work in a factory or something like that. It's what you are doing 8-9 hours per day that this setting comes from, not the fact that you workout daily.
-
why would anyone want to cut out dairy and grains (I mean healthy grains, and local organic dairy). ??
-
Bear in mind a 7 is not the same as an 8. A 7 is cut for a teen and 20-something. An 8 is cut for someone that is late 20s, 30s+. There's a huge difference between a 7 and an 8. I don't just mean around the waist. The hips, legs etc are all cut differently in the factory.
-
It is good for you. Just 1 tablespoon per day is considered moderation.
-
A table spoon per day on something like an organic rice cake would be fine. Organic rice has less arsenic in it (studies show). You can also put it on an apple.
-
Just to fit into my old clothes (not that old really). Size 8-10.
-
Just make it at home. No biggie. I ate pizza during 2011 when I dropped 20 lbs. Life is too short not to have pizza. Log it and move on.
-
I go to a gym that's also $30 but I get unlimited classes. :)
-
we used to do the wall ones in Karate class. You just want your back to be straight.
-
just be careful those meal replacements do not have: 1. fake sugar 2. things your body cannot digest (silica for example)
-
Trainer Bob has one!
-
sounds like indigestion. Not hunger pains.
-
we do three different options in ballet barre class. There's a pushup for everyone.
-
20 lbs in 2011 Gained it back in 2012
-
yep. Search tool

If I did not eat them back I'd be fueling my healthy 36 year old body with only 760 calories on a Zumba day. The way I look at it you have to fuel the machine.
