If you happen to have an andriod phone, you can download the "daily ab workout" (the free version itself is good for beginners like me). Atleast it gives you an idea as to how crunches can be done.

Let us do this and motivate each others. Let us all know how you guys are getting on. I have taken 3 copies of this challenge - 1 on my fridge, 1 on my mirror(I have got a big mirror) and one in my main hall...so there is no escape for me.

I am slightly confused looking at the premotivator challenges. Is it something like everyone does their own challenge and report at the end of the day. I completely agree with you. What I am missing is plan as to what need to be done. I will definitely come up with some workout plan which I think I can follow without getting tired. Thanks for the tips

Thanks everyone. Never in my life I was so motivated to shed some weight. I am doing this for kids, so I need to forget about what happened today and need to move on. Thanks once again
