Same. Child of divorced parents... my grammy would always get my McDonald's or chocolate cake when I was feeling down... Today, I weighed myself, 2lbs gained---- so discouraged :( All I could think of, was going to the fridge and finding something to eat... talk about a vicious cycle :(

I would say, they logged that--- and then didn't log what else they ate :)

I'm surprised no one has hit this hard--- WATER!!! I've been drinking 10-12 glasses a day and it's really helped curve the appitite :)

OK--- I guess spelling is a touchy subject---- Anyways, I've already ate the 1/2 of AVOCADO :laugh: With 15 Special K "cracker chips"---- It was amazing and VERY low calorie (but kinda high in fat)

OMG! I was about to make this same EXACT post--- it has been 5 days since I've done it and I'm finally back to normal. I'm going to do it again tonight but really stretch before and afterwards and not push myself as hard.
