Bum hurts for a week, then it doesn't after that... don't know why, but seriously--- once you do it the 2nd time your fine!

2 bras--- I regular, 1 sport (about a size smaller)--- Hang in there, they will be the first to go. Promise.

My husband is in the "cheese" business so--- I say: you can never have too much cheese. Buy Weight Watchers cheese. They have shredded, mozz, spreadable, etc. ;)

I think you are right on track, sharing with friends... Honestly, I have my husband *hide* things... is that crazy or what. BUT I am just like you- I bake/cook/eat everything when I'm stressin'!

You'll find a massive amount of support here on MFP.... my biggest piece of advice would be... "don't sweat the petty, don't pet the sweaty" If you fall off, just get back on- relish in your small accomplishments- and DON'T focus to much on the scale. Good Luck!

I always gained weight on B.C. --- when I had my daughter, I got IUD (paraguard) and it's been awesome... the only thing effecting my weight loss now is chocolate ha ha ha LOL

I just buy the Great Value reduced fat P.B.--- mainly because it's cheap... P.B. is a great snack and peanuts burn that belly fat.

Got ours at walmart.... w/ chest strap Counts cals, does the % and will beep when you're too high. It was $50.

I've tried cardiotrainer and it was too much of a drain on my battery... and confusing, the Adias app was confusing and a drain too.

I do truvia and skinny white chocolate mocha creamer by international... sometimes I bite the bullet and do reg. sugar b/c sweetners give me a tummy ache. When I started my weightloss journey I said... I LOVE my coffee soooooo weightloss you have to work around it. I've managed to incorporate my coffee's into my MFP goals…

Ummmm.... I'm not as big of fan... it's pretty long for me (35 min)... and it's 2 rounds, I don't like doing the same thing...That's just me though.

Yeah... my daughter is 18 months and there's no way I can do the WII board around her... I just wait until she naps OR goes to bed... OR go to gym when my hubby gets home.

I do BOTH... Zumba at my Community Center... I have the DVDs but they are terrible and aren't *anything* like the class. The Shred is awesome and will kick your butt.

This mama drinks a few glasses of wine most nights :) I was pregnant for 42 weeks (10 months!), breast-fed for 15 months so.... I cop a buzz before bedtime :) Hasn't effected my weight loss, I figure in the cals and maybe work a little hard knowing that I will get to relax with my wine ;P

My stomach literally looks like an alien. I have lost about 75lbs total (I got up to 240 with my baby), 50,000 stretch marks, belly button ring scar, and 3 scars from Gall Bladder surgery... I embrace my alien stomach---- :))))

Hmm... I'm not a yoga buff--- but I do this yoga class at my community center called "yoga flow"... I don't have a HRM but I guess low, around 200... I sweat the whole time but nothing to get my heart rate up to high... I don't really care thought about the cals burned. I do it to get a good stretch and get my mind on the…
